Toddlers absolutely delight in exploring their world through their senses.

At our kindergarten our methodology is always through discovery and sensory play.

We encourage learning through exploration, curiosity problem solving and creativity. It helps to build nerve connections in the brain and encourages the development of language and motor skills.

Infants use their senses to learn about the world around them. Sensory stimulation is linked to emotional, cognitive and physical Impuissance Sexuelle Def development.

Playing with spaghetti

Sensory skills involve using these senses of smell, touch, vision, hearing, balance, proprioception (awareness to know where your body is in space), vestibular (inner ear), and taste.

This time we’ve been playing with spaghetti. The use of sensory play can assist the child with touching, smelling and playing with the texture. As the child develops trust and understanding of this texture it helps build positive pathways in the brain to say it is safe to engage with this food.
